I split you into a new thread so I don't get too confused!

I'll have a look into your PC when I have some spare time, I have 4 assignments in for the next 2 weeks but i'll need a break soon so will look then Smile

How much were you thinking of spending? You have an average PC so I'll need to know how much you want to spend to find out how powerful you want to make it Smile

Hi Pete,

do you know specifically what graphics card you have? the 3800 series varies quite a lot, my suggestion would be to upgrade the processor and graphics card, 2GB RAM is still decent enough to play most games. Duck.Faces gt240 seemed good value

I would suggest:

Processor - http://www.ebuyer.com/product/167113 - £107.40

Graphics Card - http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Graphics+Cards/Nvidia+GT+240+Series/Arianet+GeForce+GT+240+1024MB+GDDR3+PCI-Express+Graphics+Card+?productId=38705 - £68.14

I've got a lot of mixed reviews about your motherboard so I am wary of going for a more powerful processor. It doesn't support quad core so that is out of the question and people have been having issues with the Core2 Extreme's too. The processor I have suggested is a slightly older version now however for it's price it is very good value Smile
